Jerry serves as the Chair of Prosper Foundation's Board of Directors. He previously served as Chair of the Executive Team in 2019 and as a participant in prior years. As Chair of the Board, Jerry focuses on ensuring that all Prosper's legal and financial responsibilities are met.
