Since our inception, Prosper Foundation has strived to provide an immersive educational experience for business-minded high school students in Canada, enabling them to explore the exciting offerings of the business world and connect with like-minded individuals. We believe that business acumen and knowledge are best learned in interactive settings, and we take pride in being the leader and innovator in the sector.
At the Forefront of Innovation
Since our first inception back in 2017, Prosper has always strived to serve as the centre of creativity, commerce, discovery, and learning. In 2020, during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Prosper boldly ventured into the unknown and launched the first synchronous virtual case competition in Canada under the name Prosper+.

Prosper has always prided itself in stepping outside the comfort zone and pursuing something new — something previously unattainable or even unimaginable. With the experience and resources of Prosper Foundation, we are ecstatic to create more experiences for passionate business-minded high schoolers all over Canada.

In the past 2 years, Prosper has expanded our reach to include 2 additional events — Strive and Ascend — to provide talented high school students with more opportunities to demonstrate their skills and learn from industry professionals. In addition, with the introduction of Prosper Academy, our educational program, we are beyond excited to be offering a year-long immersion in the business world through both interactive learning sessions and active competitions.

One of our fundamental missions at Prosper Foundation is to provide passionate students with opportunities to demonstrate their talent. As the only organization of its kind in Western Canada to implement a comprehensive series of social impact initiatives, Prosper has been at the forefront of empowering the next generation of leaders to make meaningful differences in their communities and beyond.
Prosper All Access
Prosper All Access, our need-based financial aid program, is the first program of its kind across similar organizations. We are proud to announce that Prosper All Access has been able to meet 100% of demonstrated need since its inception and will continue to be the backbone of our foundation-wide social impact initiatives.
Environmental Goals
By transitioning many conference elements to online mediums, Prosper Foundation has been able to reduce our carbon emission and unnecessary single-use material waste at all of our conferences, with plans to fully digitize the end-to-end conference experience with brand new tools that we have been developing in-house.
